The price to rent the apartment is intended for 2 persons per night and includes:

- Linen

- Cleaning at the end of your stay

- Kitchen usage

- Water / Electricity

- IVA & tax

Breakfast is optional, Fr. 12 per person. 

 Fr. 100 and  Fr. 90 from 5 nights onwards

 Fr. 120 and  Fr. 110 from 5 nights onwards

30% account is requested when booking your stay. (via paypal or bank transfer)

This amount is reimbursed in case of cancellation until 10 days before your stay.
