The apartment has an infra red heating system as well as a nice fireplace so that you can enjoy staying in our region in autumn & winter as well. 

In the garden, a barbecue is also at your disposal and you can even roast your own chestnuts in the fireplace.

Free large parking place at 100 meters.

Of course, we'll be here to help you and guide you through your stay : from recomendations on places to visit, to advising you on the best mountain hikes or booking a nice restaurant for you.

In the village, two restaurants are located nearby our house : Grotto Fonti and Ristorante Pizzeria 'Negresco'. 

Upon request and depending on the weather, we can organize a paragliding flight from Monte Lema.
